Upon entering the unit you will find yourself on entry level with the spare bedroom, full bath, and access to outside patio. The full bath is conveniently located to get cleaned up after a day at the beach before entering the main levels. The downstairs can also serve as a playroom for the young members of your group. Upstairs you will find a modernly designed, fully equipped, kitchen and living space. Step outside of the dining room, and enjoy a sunset off the private balcony. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. The top deck is the perfect place to unwind with your company and enjoy the beautiful sunset of Colonial Beach. The view really is a show stopper!

While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the city has to offer including more restaurants options down in the marina and The Point.
