Located in the heart of historic Colonial Beach, this new construction condo is perfect for your family and friends getaway. The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and hosting for family style dinners or game nights. If you prefer a night out, Drift Seafood and Muse Pizza are just next door! With plenty of room to spread out, everyone can have their own getaway to unwind and relax from a day on the river or walking the town. And the highlight of this spacious condo is a private covered deck - the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise during your stay!

Upon entering the condo, you'll find a bright and open kitchen and living room. With plenty of counter space to cook for your group, enjoy a quick breakfast or lunch before heading down to the riverfront. The dedicated dining table allows you unwind with your friends and family after a long day of exploring the city. As an added bonus, the table can expand to host up to 8 people with additional chairs included! Just off of the living room you'll find the first bedroom with a king size bed, and bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The in-unit laundry is also located on this level. Heading upstairs, you'll find another living space with swivel chairs, a pull-out couch, and TV. And just off the second floor living space is access to the private covered deck with serene river views. Also on the second floor are the remaining bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds, with the second full bathroom between the bedrooms. Before heading out to the river, check out the outside storage closet to grab some riverfront necessities such as beach games & toys, coolers, and lounge chairs

Located near this condo is a number of walkable restaurants and points of interest. Steps away is access to the Colonial Beach Pier and the public riverfront beaches. While the city is very walkable, you may want to consider a golf cart rental for the duration of your stay so you can explore everything the town has to offer including more restaurant options down in the marina and The Point.
